Every time!

I always do this.  Every time I make something with ties on it, I sew them wrong so that when I turn the item right side out, the ties are stuck inside.

Out comes the trusty seam ripper...again.

Seriously?!  I am not sure what happened here.  While piecing the back of this quilt, I double checked measurements.  And before basting it, that all layers had plenty of room for the quilting.   Then, last night, when I finished all the quilting, I flipped the back over to start adding the binding and found this.  Aargh!!
